The weather didn’t spoil supporters’ enthusiasm as Clare and Limerick played out a thrilling draw in Cusack Park yesterday.

The 2-11 to 1-14 draw leaves the Banner waiting on two postponed games to see if they reach the quarter-finals.

Only a Wexford vs Kilkenny draw can deny Clare a St. Patrick’s weekend fixture though Tipperary beating Cork will also ensure their spot.
