Goals from Sanchez, Mertesacker, Giroud and Theo Walcott sealed a record 12th title for Arsenal and it was all the sweeter for Walcott who missed last year's final through injury.
The result also means Southampton earn a place in Europe next season and Liverpool get an automatic spot in the Europa League's group stages.
