The U.C.I has confirmed that it will not appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport and will strip Lance Armstrong of his 7 Tour de France titles and ban him for life from the sport.
The UCI accepted a donation of 100 thousand dollars from Armstrong for anti doping in 2002 and Presidenmt Pat Mc Quaid was challenged on this point at todays press conference but said at the time while there was suspicions about Lance there was no positive tests.
