Avenue United beat Bridge Celtic 3-0, while Ennis Town scored the only goal of their game with Moher Celtic to ensure two Ennis teams make the last four.
In the other last-eight clash, West Clare FC overcame Tulla United.
The remaining Quarter-Final will be contested by Newmarket Celtic and Hermitage.
