The tie of the round sees 2013 county champions Sixmilebridge hosting holders Cratloe at 6pm
There's an east Clare derby in store as Feakle entertain Clonlara, Clooney/Quin welcome Newmarket to Clooney, and O'Callaghan's Mills meet Inagh/Kilnamona.
Those games are underway at 5.30pm.
At 6pm, Clarecastle host Crusheen.
In 1B meanwhile, it's a 3pm start as Scarriff meet Whitegate, while at 5.30pm, Wolfe Tones meet Eire Óg and Tubber host Kilmaley.
