It’s not every day a young farmer from Clare takes home an award for his work but that’s exactly what Andrew Naughton has done.
The Cross native is a student and as part of his college work, completed a farm business plan which focused on improved on farm efficiency and gradual conversion from beef to dairy.
For his efforts, he scooped the Salesian Agri College Best Farm Business Plan award, sponsored by AIB.
