Today on Morning Focus, Gavin was joined in studio by Michael Davoren of Burren IFA, John Marlin, Co-Ordinator of Walks in Burren Trust & Farmer and Aoife Ford, Farmer, to discuss the Burren Winterage Weekend Festival.
The Festival is taking place between Oct 24th and 27th. This agricultural tradition will see people walk alongside the cattle to the upland winter pastures with the local farmers.
And that’s not all – as there is a wide range of events taking place throughout the weekend, from book readings to guided walks- there will be something for everyone.
