On Thursday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Patricia Farrell of Wilde Irish Chocolates located in Tuamgraney. Patricia discussed her delight at Wilde Irish Chocolate being named as the winner of the Food Lovers Choice Award for the Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands Region. She mentioned the process of being crowned winners through a public vote and made reference to the other food businesses in the competition that represented County Clare. She highlighted the importance of winning an award such as this which has boosted confidence among the business.
