Wellness and Fitness Advice with Kieran McMahon

On Thursday’s Morning Focus Alan was joined by founder of KMFitness and online personal trainer Kieran McMahon for our new Wellness and Fitness feature.

Kieran, a former secondary school teacher from West Clare, also runs the Be A Better Man online coaching mentorship which offers a very holistic approach to fitness for ambitious men in their mid-20 to early 40s helping them maximize their energy, health and performance so they can operate at their best across fitness, fun, family, and finances.

On this week’s show Kieran discussed the the importance of sleep and how to stay on track during the holiday season.
