Gavin spoke to John Hanafin the Chairman of the ULHG (University of Limerick Hospitals Group) Patient Council and Catherine Hand of Patient Advocacy and Liaison Services at ULHG.
The ULHG Patient Council is a group of patients treated at Ennis and Limerick hospitals and family members who went through it with them. The council provides advice on ways to improve services and the hospital experience and is currently looking for new members.
