On Friday’s Morning Focus, Alan spoke to Isobel Browne, from the Finance Department of the Armada Hotel and Tonya Dudka, a Ukrainian native who has relocated to Ireland and is now living in Miltown Malbay. Isobel spoke about the project carried out by the Armada Hotel, which involved developing the bottom floor of a derelict building in Miltown into an apartment, which is now Tonya’s home. Two of the residents in the apartment are now working in the hotel itself. Tonya travelled to Ireland with her mother and her two children, while her husband Igor is serving in the Ukrainian military.
