The lack of student accommodation is creating a gap between people who can afford it and people who can’t.
The Union of Students in Ireland says it’s impossible for students to concentrate on studies without a place to live near their college.
Ruairí discussed the issues that college students are facing regarding accommodation and highlighted that those without accommodation may have to live in substandard accommodations or have to endure long commutes.
Graham outlined the rights students have regarding seeking accommodation and how to reduce the risk of scams students may be exposed to while searching for accommodation.]
