On Friday’s Morning Focus, Alan took a trip to Clonlara to meet up with members of the Shannonside Drama Group ahead of their production of ‘Sive’ by John B. Keane which is set to take to the stage this weekend. Alan spoke to members of the group such as Eddie Dillon, Barry McMahon, Norma Hussey and Patricia Madden who discussed the play ‘Sive’ and described the history of the Shannonside Drama Group. They each described their roles within the drama group and in the play along with highlighting their excitement and nerves ahead of the production. The production is set to take to the stage on March 4th, 5th, 11th and 12th at Clonlara Hall at 7:30pm.
