Gavin spoke with Senator Frances Black. Black is currently pushing to pass a bill in the Dáil which would ban the importation of goods from illegal settlements.
This is in response to the ongoing conflict in Israel and Palestine. Black is holding a number of public meetings to drum up support for both the bill and Palestine. One such meeting is “What we saw in Palestine: Why Ireland must act against injustice”. It’ll take place in the South Court Hotel in Limerick at 8pm on November 19th.
