Morning Focus producer Fiona McGarry caught up with Dr Ciarán Byrne, CEO of Inland Fisheries for our next segment. Despite a drift-net ban in the 2000s, salmon stocks continue to decline and so Dr Byrne told us about the real reasons for the falling stocks.
