On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by Patrick O’Donoghue, one of the owners of Monks Restaurant in Ballyvaughan
and by William Browne of Browne’s Bar Parteen ahead of Cabinet signing off on the final regulations to allow indoor dining resume.
All that’s left now is for the President to sign them into law.
However, the hospitality industry still see a number of flaws in the plan.
