Today’s edition of Morning Focus included a focus on the future of Clare’s pubs.
They remain closed as a result of COVID-19, and there are fears that they will remain shut for a considerable period of time after Minister Simon Harris said people wouldn’t be in “packed pubs” until a vaccine was available for the virus.
Calls were made for clarity, and increased levels of State support, during our discussion with Clare VFI Chair, Darragh McAllister, and Garry Pepper of Pepper’s Bar in Feakle.
