Organ Donor Awareness Week runs until Friday, and the Irish Kidney Association are encouraging everyone to become an organ donor and give the gift of life!
Sharon Fitzgerald from Newmarket-on-Fergus is a transplant recipient and received her kidney transplant 21 years ago – something which forever changed her life!
On Monday’s Morning Focus, Gavin Grace spoke to Sharon and also to CEO of the Irish Kidney Association, Carol Moore.
