Number Of New House Builds In Clare Falls By Almost A Quarter

The number of new homes built in Clare has fallen by almost a quarter during July to September of this year when compared to the same period in 2020.

Despite the lifting of restrictions on residential construction on April 12th, the number of homes completed in this county fell short of the 114 recorded in the third quarter of last year.

From July to September 86 new dwellings were completed in Clare – a drop of almost 25% on the same period last year.
