Brides and grooms-to-be in Clare have been dealt a blow with the latest restrictions around weddings.
Guests will now have to leave the reception by 11.30pm and will have to wear a mask every time they leave their table. Protective screens may also be in place. On top of this, there’ll be no more sharing rolls or vegetables as every guest has to be served individually. The updated guidance issued by Fáilte Ireland is described as putting an end to the Irish wedding as we know it – and what a disappointment for couples hoping to tie the knot!
