On Monday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Seamus Fitzgerald, school chef and Assistant Principal of CBS primary school Ennis, Colm Davoren. Seamus and Colm have joined forces and developed a new app called Knife and Fork. Knife and Fork is a digital cook book app for children and contains 144 sweet and savoury recipes from Ireland, France, England, Poland, Romania and Greece.
Colm discussed the influence and inspiration behind the digital cookbook app. Seamus highlighted the involvement with the school students and how it helps them to develop their own cooking skills.
