Recruitment is the focus of the new chair of Clare Macra, Cillian Griffey.
Cillian spent five years in the top role in the Ennis branch of Macra na Feirme and now takes over at the helm of the county club.
Surprisingly, there is no Macra branch in the west of the county – which many view as one of the biggest agricultural hotspots here.
