Former Chairman of Clare and Munster GAA, the late Noel Walsh is to be honoured in the Munster U20 football championship, where the teams will compete for the Noel Walsh Cup.
The Miltown man, who passed away in 2020, was part of Clare’s management team for the Banner’s 1992 Munster championship title victory.
