On Sunday evening, news broke that NPHET has recommended the highest level of restrictions for the entire country, Level 5, in a letter sent to Government. Today, the leaders of Fianna Fáil, Fine Gael and the Green Party are meeting with the CMO to discuss the recommendations and a full cabinet meeting is due to take place later.
