On Friday’s Morning Focus, Morning Focus broadcasted live from the Old Ground Hotel for the Lion’s Club Radio Auction, to help raise money for a family room at Bushy Park Treatment Centre. Alan spoke to Ann who discussed her son Jeffrey’s battle with drug addiction and the way it impacted both his and his family’s life. She complimented the work that Bushy Park Treatment Centre carried out to help her son, highlighting in particular the family support group. Ann now works as a facilitator for the family support group and aftercare. She urged people who are struggling with drug addiction to reach out and seek help.
