National mental health organisation Aware has announced the second annual Big Splash for Aware.
They are urging people all over the country to come together for a swim or ‘dip’ on Saturday week (14th September) in support of mental health.
Register online at www.aware.ie/splash/ and join the big splash at Spanish Point beach at 9:15am.
