On Thursday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by Samaranda Maier, owner and founder of Authentic Health, based in Ennis to discuss an Alchol Free Workshop in Ennis.
Samaranda, highlighted the significant role alcohol plays in Irish life discussing social events in Ireland that don’t come without the presence of booze, while it is also hard to find acceptance and understanding from others if you are not drinking.
Smaranda is the owner and founder of Authentic Health, based in Ennis. She is behind a workshop on the benefits of an alcohol-free life that will take place at Sweet N Green Café in the County Town next month.
