It’s a big week for our native language in Clare. An Clár as Gaeilge is celebrating 20 years of Irish this week, with a series of events being held between today and Saturday.
Gaelscoil Mhichíl Cíosóg is also celebrating 40 years, and Gaelcholáiste an Chláir is celebrating 30!
MacDara Ó Conaola, a native of the Aran Islands Gaeltacht residing in Ennis and an Irish language facilitator, consultant, and promoter, discussed the Irish language with Alan on Wednesday’s Morning Focus.
