Mental Well-Being During The Christmas Holiday Season

While Christmas can be relaxing, meaningful, and family time together, for others the holiday season can be overwhelming, stressful, and anxious.

With work, school, shops, and other services temporarily closing their doors, there are those who have difficulties with this significant disruption to their regular routine.
