French Tattoo Artist Opens Ennis Studio To Help Women Feel Safe

Ennis has a new tattoo studio. 

Clare-based French tattoo artist, Lucie Kelly, has opened ‘Wee Lucie’ on Kelly’s Corner in the county town.

Lucie’s vibrant blue pieces tend to catch most people’s eyes, particularly among the Irish.
