Clare Native Living In South Korea On Anti-President Protest March & Martial Law

Impeachment proceedings have been filed against South Korea’s president.

Yoon Suk Yeol is facing pressure to leave office after declaring martial law, accusing opposition parties of sympathising with North Korea only to lift it when parliament blocked it.

A motion to impeach him could be voted on as soon as Friday.

Huge crowds of protesters have gathered in the South Korean capital for a second night.
