The Media Minister is calling for more respect amongst politicians in the Dáil.
Catherine Martin says that’s the only way to tackle the growing vitriol in politics.

Her comments come in the wake of Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin calling on coalition partners Fine Gael to “cop on” and stop giving unattributed briefings referring to him as tetchy and a grumpy old man.
Meanwhile, a 45-year-old Dublin man has pleaded guilty to assaulting Green Party leader Roderic O’Gorman.
The incident occurred during an election canvas at the weekend.
