On Tuesday’s Morning Focus, Alan took a trip to Spartan Fitness which is located in the Gort Road Industrial Estate in Ennis. Spartan Fitness were one of the many deserving winners at Clare FM’s recent Best of Clare Awards. Alan spoke to John Marshall who is the owner of Spartan Fitness. John described his passion for health & fitness along with highlighting his involvement in martial arts. He discussed Spartan Fitness’s journey to date and gave Alan some kickboxing training and advice.
