On Monday’s Morning Focus Alan was joined by Cathal Joyce.
Cathal, who’s visually impaired is taking part in a fundraising cycle for Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.

The cycle, which sees participants travelling from Mizen Head in Cork to Donegal’s Malin Head is currently underway.
The cyclists will be spending tonight in County Clare.
