On Thursday’s Morning Focus Pat Flynn was joined by Lissycasey native Luke Moriarty who has recently been crowned ITF Taekwan-Do European Champion in Romania. Luke described his weekly training regime which has led to his success over the years winning various major accolades. He expressed his passion for taekwan-do which began at a young age and the benefits of the sport. Luke is now running a Taekwan-Do Club in Kilrush which was initially founded by his father and urged anyone who may have an interest in the sport to come along and participate.
