On Monday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Jessica Curtin who is an enthusiastic youth theatre advocate and facilitator with Kilkee Youth Theatre. Jessica discussed Kilkee Youth Theatres idea to start a teenage drama group beginning next month. She described the success of the 9-12 age group which enticed the theatre to begin a group for young teenage drama enthusiasts. She spoke about her goal which is to provide young children and teenagers the opportunity to learn about drama in a fun and friendly environment. Jessica highlighted the upcoming drama workshop day which will take place on Saturday 4th of March between 1pm and 2:30pm in St Joseph’s Secondary School Kilkee. She urged anyone who may be interested to come along and join in on the fun.
