The Kilfenora time capsule is the latest stage in the very successful Kilfenora time line project.
Toward the end of the 2017 season, at a timeline meeting, a community time capsule project was proposed.
Local people were then invited to submit items such as, family photos, family scripts, family trees, and anything else which could represent Kilfenora at the present time.
They also held a concert in Kilfenora which was filmed to be put into the capsule too.
The event will be held on the 16th of March – Friday. At 12:30 pm some local students will perform a presentation on the history of Kilfenora and at 1 pm the capsule will be sealed for the final time.
