On Monday’s Morning Focus Alan Morrissey visited the Rathkeale Boxing Club in Limerick to chat with Ennistymon’s John Mongan Jr. his dad, John Mongan Snr and John’s coaches about the upcoming European Championships.
John is just 14 years-old, but is an up-and- coming talent.
He will compete for Ireland at the upcoming EUBC Schoolboys & Schoolgirls European Boxing Championships, which take place in Erzurum, Turkey from the 10th-21st of August.
