On Friday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Cillian King of Music Generation Clare and is an Irish Concertina Orchestra Tutor. Cillian looked ahead to the upcoming special concert by the Irish Concertina Orchestra that is set to take place in Glór next Saturday. He described the orchestra who consist of the best young concertina players from across the country. He mentioned the pieces that they have been working on in the build up to the concert including their very own composition. Cillian also outlined the various concerts that the orchestra have partaken in previously in Glór and many other venues.
