It’s around 13 weeks since Housing Minister Darragh O’Brien visited Clare and promised a decision for impacted homeowners on the local authority’s application to the Defective Concrete Blocks Scheme imminently.
Clare had, of course, been looking to be included in the pyrite redress scheme, with the Clare Pyrite Group and Clare County Council all leading the formulating of the application.
