On Friday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by Paulette Egan, a yoga therapist, coach, and founder of SportsYoga.ie to chat about a new idea of hers: The I-SPY Movement.
Paulette, who hails from Clonlara, is a yoga therapist and coach and the founder of SportsYoga.ie. She is the woman behind the Loft Yoga Studio in the South East Clare village. Paulette and her daughter Louise also run I-SPY, Ireland’s first range of yoga clothing.
