This week, the Health and Safety Authority has given us a fresh chance to talk about safety on the farm.
The HSA, along with their Northern Irish equivalent, are carrying out a blitz of farm safety inspections over the next week with the aim of showing farmers the best practices they should be implementing on their farms.
Sadly, farming continues to be the most treacherous occupation on this island and the hope is that by giving examples of basic safety practices, this statistic can be reversed.
