Hotel Reaction To The New COVID-19 Regulations

Restrictions on bars, restaurants and nightclubs are back. They have all had to close at midnight from last night.

It comes as new restrictions take effect aimed at reversing the rise in Covid rates.

It had been initially said there would be an exemption from the new closing hours for hotel bars, but the Department of Tourism subsequently confirmed that hotel bars would also have to close from midnight last night.
