Congratulations are in order for Clare’s own Garry Shannon, who has been named the 2025 Ard-Ollamh, the highest honour awarded at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann.
Garry received the award at a special celebration in Wexford on the evening of August 6th, recognising his outstanding contribution to Irish traditional music.
