Ahead of the launch of the Ennis Food Festival this weekend, Gavin spoke to Mark Harris, Treasurer of the Ennis Food Festival and owner of the Wine Buff, Brian O’Neill, member of Ennis Food Festival and owner of the Rowan Tree Café Bar and Padraic McElwee of the Clare Local Enterprise Office about the event which will take place in October.
