On Thursday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Brendan Keane who is the treasurer of the Ennistymon Choral Society Committee. Brendan previewed the upcoming 50th anniversary shows that will be presented by the Ennistymon Choral Society between April 19th and 23rd in the Ennistymon Community Centre. He discussed the performances of musical comedy ‘All Shook Up’ which will contain Elvis Songs and a whole new storyline. He made reference to the history of the society which was set up in 1973 and emphasized the role of the society in the community. Brendan also spoke about the various roles that people play within the society and the importance of the close bond that the society have which keeps them close together.
