On Friday’s Morning Focus, Alan spoke to Terry O’Connor and Rony Barobhuiya who are the owners of Henry’s Bistro and Wine Bar located in Ennis. The pair discussed their idea to cook festive dinners for elderly locals in the county town this Christmas day along with discussing the number of dinners they will prepare for the day. They will be serving hot Christmas dinners that can be collected at Henry’s Bistro and Wine Bar between 12pm -1pm.
