On Tuesday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Dutch Ambassador, Adriaan Palm. Adriaan is currently in County Clare to a attend a number of engagements and Alan spoke to him about his visit to the county. The Dutch Ambassador spoke about his recent meeting with TD Cathal Crowe. He described the meeting where they spoke about tourism and transport developments in County Clare along with examining ways in which they can improve ties between the two countries. He also made reference to the various biodiversity projects that he will visit while in Clare such as Hometree in Ennistymon. Adriaan also believes that Netherlands can learn from Ireland regarding offshore wind energy.
