Dr John Hillery, Irish College Of Psychiatrists On Concerns Over Restraint Of Mental Health Patients

Dr John Hillery, President, Irish College of Psychiatrists spoke about concerns over the restraint of mental health patients in mental health centres across the country.

According to figures from The Inspector of Mental Health Services more than 1,000 patients were physically restrained or secluded an average of 4 times each per year.
