The Cycle Against Suicide is on its fifth annual tour of Ireland to spread its message that ‘It’s okay not to be okay, and it’s absolutely okay to ask for help’.
They cycled through Clare on Monday and Tuesday, including a stop at the Colaiste Mhuire in Ennis, where they spoke about mental health with students.
Clare FM’s Ben Sweeney went down to talk to some of those involved.
